Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic clinical team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, virtual endocrine care to adult patients. You will collaborate closely with our endocrinologists, CDCES professionals, and product teams to provide evidence-based care for individuals managing a wide range of endocrine conditions. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse practitioner with a strong background in adult endocrinology and telehealth who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual care to adult patients with a range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, and osteoporosis
• Conduct telehealth consultations, review diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and provide referrals as appropriate
• Collaborate with endocrinologists, dietitians, and CDCES team members to support coordinated, team-based care
• Interpret data from medical devices (e.g., CGMs, pumps) to optimize treatment plans
• Educate patients on condition management, medications, and use of devices, when appropriate, in a clear and empathetic manner
• Accurately document encounters in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements
• Provide input into the design and refinement of the eddii virtual care model and patient experience

Required Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with national board certification (e.g., ANCC or AANP)
• Active, unrestricted NP license within US
• Willing to obtain additional licenses, if needed
• Willing to work with Medicare and Medicaid patients
• Minimum of 3 years of adult endocrinology clinical experience post-training
• Demonstrated experience providing care via telehealth platforms
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensure in multiple states
• Experience with digital health platforms and remote patient monitoring tools
• Background in diabetes technology (e.g., CGMs, insulin pumps)
• Interest in innovation, gamification, and patient engagement strategies
• Exposure to startup or fast-paced care delivery models
