Accredible, the world’s leading digital credential platform, is hiring a Legal Operations & Contracts Specialist to build and own our internal legal contracting processes. As our in-house legal expert focused on sales agreements, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating deal flow, minimizing risk, and enabling scale. You’ll manage contract workflows, negotiate legal terms, coordinate with external counsel, and ensure legal operations run smoothly across the organization.

You’re a contract-savvy legal professional who understands the SaaS landscape. You know how to redline agreements, assess legal risk, and balance business priorities with smart legal safeguards. You love improving processes, reducing bottlenecks, and helping deals close faster. Your communication and organization skills are second to none.

• Managing the legal review pipeline for sales contracts and commercial agreements
• Reviewing and redlining agreements (e.g., MSAs, DPAs, NDAs) and negotiating terms directly with prospective clients
• Partnering with external counsel for complex legal reviews, while prudently managing outside legal spend
• Serving as the internal point of contact for all sales-related legal matters
• Streamlining and optimizing legal workflows, templates, and contract processes
• Maintaining visibility of contract statuses and ensuring clear turnaround expectations
• Documenting legal operations procedures and contributing to legal enablement across the org
• Organizing executed contracts and enhancing the system for renewal tracking, termination dates, and obligations

This role reports directly to the CFO. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance while also engaging external counsel. You'll be a key player in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Previous Experience: Expertise in contracts review and redlining (preferably in SaaS or tech)
• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with global data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Process Orientated: Ability to define, document, and optimize contract review workflows
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation, risk analysis, and attention to detail
• Proactive Communicator: Clear, timely, and self-driven in communication particularly experience coordinating external legal counsel and managing expectations
