Accredible is seeking a specialist to lead our Professional Services motion. In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly to craft and deliver strategic credentialing initiatives for some of the world’s most recognized organizations.

Your expertise will guide senior customer stakeholders as they build successful credentialing programs on the Accredible platform. You’ll own strategy creation, present recommendations, and drive execution with creativity, business acumen, and a solution-oriented mindset. You thrive on translating business goals into actionable strategies and can confidently present to executive audiences. You’re creative, process orientated, data-driven, and excel at identifying and maximising opportunities.

• Reporting to our Senior Director of Customer Delivery, you will work to streamline the process and customer experience for our Professional Services offering.
• Partnering with our Sales and Customer Success Team(s) to conduct research and uncover opportunities to sell and deliver Professional Services to our customers
• Designing, presenting, and executing strategic credentialing initiatives tailored to customer business objectives
• Identifying customer pain points, challenges, and opportunities through discovery calls and strategic workshops
• Creating innovative and data-driven strategies to drive leadership alignment for credential adoption and business value
• Building business cases to support proposed strategies, budget requests, and project plans
• Ensuring timely delivery of Professional Services by collaborating effectively with our Implementation Team.

• 3+ years of experience in a strategy or consultancy role
• Proven success in customer-facing environments engaging senior decision-makers
• Strong ability to develop strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level audiences
• Experience with SaaS platforms and technology solutions
