Accredible, the world’s leading digital credential platform, is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and flawlessly executing a variety of in-person events (conferences and hosted networking events) and supporting webinar execution.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll play a vital role in developing our annual events strategy and budget that supports our brand, demand generation, and sales pipeline goals. This role requires advanced project management skills, a deep understanding of target audiences, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

💻 What you’ll be doing
- Event Strategy: Work closely with marketing leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with Accredible’s business goals and enhances our brand presence in the market.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events that enhance brand visibility and drive sales pipeline. Manage event project briefs, timelines, and logistics, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met.
- Webinar Execution Support: Coordinate the execution of webinars, including backend setup in Zoom Webinars, registration workflows via Eloqua, and post-webinar data processing to ensure a seamless attendee experience and smooth lead flow.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, sales, and customer success, to align event strategies with overall business objectives. Liaise with external vendors, venues, and partners to secure services, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality event production.
- Attendee Engagement: Develop strategies to maximize attendee participation and engagement, both pre-event and on-site. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the events industry to take programs to the next level.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution of programs with accurate reconciliation with Finance stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Implement robust tracking, analysis, and benchmarks of event performance metrics. Gather feedback, conduct post-event evaluations, and use insights to refine strategies and improve future events.

👀 What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in event planning and management in a B2B software company, including coordinating tradeshow sponsorships and sales events, and event marketing
- Proven ability to develop and execute event strategies that drive business results
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail) and Asana (or other project management software)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Advanced project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget
- Ability to analyze event performance metrics, draw insights, and implement improvements
- Experience leading vendor selection, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Results-oriented and accountable; must take ownership of all assigned responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
- Efficient and effective meeting management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Ability to travel (~25%)
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience in education technology, higher education, professional associations, or learning organizations
- Experience managing or supporting webinars using Zoom Webinars, ideally in collaboration with content or demand generation teams
- Familiarity with Oracle Eloqua
