You will hand in hand alongside our Enterprise Account Executive to identify, qualify and engage new enterprise prospects across target markets. Your goal is to open doors, start meaningful conversations and build the early relationships that drive major enterprise deals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Mapping: Research Enterprise prospects and build a tailored outreach approach, achieving C-Suite level stakeholder engagement.
- Generate Enterprise Pipeline: Identify and qualify new enterprise prospects through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute structured and creative outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn and social channels.
- Discovery: Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospects’ needs, priorities and potential fit with Accredible’s platform.
- Partnership: Collaborate closely with our Enterprise Account Executive to build and execute account-based strategies for key targets.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline visibility and predictability.
- Market Research: Research accounts, identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach messaging for maximum engagement.
- Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly metrics including meetings booked, opportunities created and qualified pipeline generated.

👀 What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Development or SDR role, (SaaS experience preferred).
- Experience targeting enterprise B2B accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation and meeting quota.
- Skilled in using modern sales tools — HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized, compelling outreach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and activities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve sales effectiveness.
