About AdeptID

AdeptID is building an AI-first staffing company. Over the past five years, we've built a talent-matching engine which now powers 10 million job recommendations every month for major HR technology platforms (including applicant tracking systems). We are using that technology to support an end-to-end staffing firm for the healthcare sector - focused on solving talent shortages in nursing and allied health in an AI-first way.. We're backed by top investors and poised to 10x our footprint by 2027.

Role Overview

We're seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead development of our platform and staffing systems serving our recruiters, talent (the people we place into roles), and employers (where we place talent). This platform will support the entire staffing workflow-sourcing, screening, compliance, credentialing, scheduling, and post-placement operations.

You'll be mapping traditional staffing workflows, reimagining them through automation and AI, and shipping real solutions that improve speed, margin, and user experience. You'll make regular build vs. buy decisions along the way, working with product team members to design custom-built solutions when building is the high-ROI choice. This role reports directly to the Head of Product and works in partnership with other product managers and senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap for staffing workflow automation (screening, onboarding, scheduling, compliance, etc.) and our systems of record, including our ATS, CRM, and payroll management.
  • Conduct internal user research to deeply understand manual workflows and inefficiencies facing recruiters, business developers, and operations staff.
  • Design and prototype scalable workflow solutions using a mix of AI, no-code, and low-code tools, and custom development.
  • Partner with engineering to scope and deliver internal tools that drive automation of recruiting, onboarding, and client delivery tasks.
  • Define and track KPIs such as time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, and automation % of tasks.
  • Manage rollout and support training to ensure new workflows are documented and embedded with teams' daily operations.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to incorporate models into recruiter-facing, candidate-facing, and client-facing tools.

Qualifications

  • Mid or senior level experience in product management, consulting, operations automation, or a closely related role is required
  • Work in HR Tech, staffing, or workflow software strongly preferred
  • Proven track record designing and launching tools that replace manual workflows with automation
  • Experience leveraging AI in products to address data and workflow challenges.
  • Strong UX instincts for internal tools and an obsession with end-user productivity
  • Bonus: experience working with distributed teams, or building tech within a services business

Next Steps

Well-qualified candidates will be invited to submit short responses to a set of screening questions and meet with a member of the hiring team.
