Lucid Staffing Solutions – An AdeptID Company

About AdeptID & Lucid Staffing

AdeptID is an AI-first talent company built around search and match technology that solves critical labor shortages.

Together with Lucid Staffing Solutions, we are building a next-generation healthcare staffing organization by combining:

  • A clinician-led operating philosophy
  • Deep healthcare domain expertise in nursing and allied health
  • Proprietary AI and automation that dramatically compress time to fill, reduce recruiter toil, and improve match quality

Rather than operating as a traditional agency, Adept is designed as a scalable staffing platform. We invest heavily in technology, data, and process so recruiters can focus on high-value human judgment and relationships, not manual work. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
