This position is for local Culver City candidates and is a hybrid remote role with 1 day (Monday) in the office per week. Tuesday-Friday is work from home. During your first two weeks (10 days) on the job, you will work on-site to ensure a quick and successful ramp period.

You will be working at an early-stage startup, selling an Education-Technology SaaS solution. We are looking for hard-working individuals who have a passion for learning and are not afraid to make cold calls and send emails.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new qualified opportunities for you Account Executive
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects in the CRM
  • Attend 1-2 conferences per month, nationally
  • Achieve quota on the number of qualified opportunities per month

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, while residing near Culver City
  • Have an interest in working in an SDR/BDR role in the technology industry
  • Understanding of the SDR role and can relate previous experience
  • Clear communicator, high energy, personable, attracted to startups, and self-motivated
  • Okay with limited travel
  • Quota and compensation-driven
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.A
  • Bonus points for experience in Education
  • No former experience required

Compensation for this role:

  • During 90-day ramp: $3,000 per month + commission, paid via bi-weekly direct deposit
  • After 90-day ramp: $45,000 Base Salary/$69,900 OTE or $55,000 Base Salary/$79,900
  • Benefits and hardware available after the 90-day ramp period
