This position is for local New York candidates and is a hybrid remote role (2-3 days in office vs 2-3 days remote). We are looking for hard-working individuals who have a passion for learning, leading, and are not afraid to make cold calls and send emails.

You will be selling AI Enterprise Software for a $30M Series B startup, while reporting directly into the CMO. This position will have high visibility on the sales team as it collaborates directly with the AEs and VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new qualified opportunities and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects in the CRM
  • Develop and maintain a territory plan from your assigned geography
  • Achieve quota on the number of qualified opportunities per month
  • Report to the CMO and help lead one SDR (for now).

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, while residing near Boston
  • Have an interest in working in a Senior SDR role in the technology industry
  • Understanding of the Senior SDR role and can relate previous experience
  • Clear communicator, high energy, personable, attracted to startups, and self-motivated
  • Quota and compensation-driven
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.A

Compensation + Commission for this role:

  • Base Salary Senior SDR $120,000 / OTE $150,000
  • Residency Compensation: Senior SDR - $5,000/month residency for 3 months
