Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Career Counselor & Account Manager to join our team. This unique role blends career counseling with account management to ensure that our students successfully complete their training and achieve career placement. Key Responsibilities:

Account Management (60%)

• Manage a portfolio of students, serving as their primary point of contact and accountability partner.
• Ensure assigned students successfully complete all training requirements.
• Drive employment outcomes, achieving at least job placement within the expected timeframe.
• Track student progress, address obstacles proactively, and work with team members to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students to foster commitment and engagement throughout their journey.

Career Counseling (40%)

• Deliver personalized career coaching to students, including resume building, interview preparation, and career development planning.
• Conduct professional development workshops focusing on topics such as job search strategy, effective networking, and workplace communication.
• Provide ongoing support to help students navigate challenges, stay engaged, and reach their career goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in career counseling or account management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong goal orientation with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Ability to identify challenges, think critically and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in education, training, or workforce development is preferred.
