SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $2,500/month for the first 90 days working with AlwaysHired, $50,000 base salary + $30,000 OTE after training, plus benefits and company hardware.

Position Type: Full-time, Founding SDR Role. W2 from the first day.

About You:

We’re looking for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a high-energy sales environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A 4-year degree (or equivalent experience).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you’re motivated, self-driven, and ready to build something from the ground up.
  • A long-term interest in software sales and career growth in the tech industry.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • B2B or B2C sales experience is a plus (real estate, sports, or any sales-oriented background could be a great fit).
  • Athletic background or experience working in highly competitive environments is a bonus (think: sports, coaching, etc.).
