Are you eager to break into tech sales and make an impact at a fast-growing company? We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) in London to support our expanding UK team. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and ready to help drive growth, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with inbound leads and conducting initial outreach.
- Running strategic outbound campaigns to target enterprise accounts.
- Using tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo for prospecting.
- Setting up discovery calls for the UK Account Executive team.
- Managing 50+ daily touchpoints (calls/emails), with flexibility if meeting targets.
- Contributing to a collaborative and creative sales culture.
Comp & Residency
Compensation: $2,500/month for the first 90 days working with AlwaysHired, After 90 days you will have a base salary of 50,000EU and OTE of 70,000 EU with benefits.
Position Type: Full-time SDR Role. W2 from the first day.
Who You Are
- Ideally you're inexperienced when it comes to B2B SaaS. <1 year of BDR experience (up to 9 months max) – sales background helpful if limited, but not required at all.
- Driven and coachable – we value hunger to learn over formal education.
- Open to career changers – if you’ve sold wine, cars, or anything else, we’d love to talk!
- Based in the UK – aligning with our growing team’s time zone and market needs.
What Success Looks Like
- Month 1: 3 qualified deals
- Month 2: 7 qualified deals
- Month 3: 10 qualified deals (fully ramped)

- BDR Mgr
- UK Account Executive
- CRO
