💼 SDR role with a real AE path
This is an SDR role, booking meetings and producing SQOs. Built for people who want:
– Daily access to sales leadership
– True deal exposure (not just calendar-filling)
– Leaders who actually develop reps to the next level, not empty promises
The role:
– $4,000/month during a 60-day Residency
– $80K base / $120K OTE post-Residency
– 1% closed-won revenue bonus on top of OTE
– Accelerators for over-performance
– 5 days onsite in a centrally located SF SoMa office
