We're hiring an SDR for our *internal team* at AlwaysHired. After helping our partners generate $10M+ in qualified pipeline in Q4, we grew our own business 350%+ quarter-over-quarter (and 2x YoY). Key responsibilities:

  • Manage cold, inbound, and warm leads across multiple channels
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Run discovery calls and qualify prospects against ICP
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and documentation
  • Collaborate with AEs to improve pipeline quality
  • Contribute to playbook development and team learnings

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of B2B SDR or inside sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting quota or activity targets
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • 100-day Residency: $3,000/month
  • After Residency: Base $50,000 • OTE $80,000
  • 6-month promotion path to AE
