We're hiring an SDR for our *internal team* at AlwaysHired. After helping our partners generate $10M+ in qualified pipeline in Q4, we grew our own business 350%+ quarter-over-quarter (and 2x YoY). Key responsibilities:
- Manage cold, inbound, and warm leads across multiple channels
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Run discovery calls and qualify prospects against ICP
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and documentation
- Collaborate with AEs to improve pipeline quality
- Contribute to playbook development and team learnings
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of B2B SDR or inside sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting quota or activity targets
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
- 100-day Residency: $3,000/month
- After Residency: Base $50,000 • OTE $80,000
- 6-month promotion path to AE
