As a remote Outbound SDR, you'll own pipeline creation for a fast-growing SaaS platform in the wellness/salon/medspa space. You'll research accounts, craft targeted outreach, and book qualified meetings for AEs.
This role is remote in the following states:
(WA, GA, FL, TX, NY, IL, CA, OR, VA, CO, MN, NJ, RI, NC, AZ)
Key responsibilities- Prospect target accounts and contacts in assigned territory
- Run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) with personalization
- Book qualified meetings and manage clean handoffs to AEs
- Iterate sequences based on reply/connection data
- Log activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM
- Ability to work remotely in the US
- 1–2 years outbound prospecting (or equivalent grit and coachability)
- Comfort with activity goals and objection handling
- Strong written communication and research skills
- Experience with sequencing tools a plus (Salesloft/Outreach)
- Residency training: $3,000/month for 120 days via AlwaysHired
- After residency: Base $55,000 • OTE $95,000
