We are expanding our team and hiring for strategic Administrative Business Partners, to support senior leaders in our Financial Operations org. You will partner directly with your leaders to help them achieve their goals and objectives as well as work with the functional administrative teams.
This role will join the Admin Operations team in the G&A function, ensuring we are delivering a best-in-class experience that supports our culture and mission. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. What you’ll achieve
- Help ensure all incoming Investor Calls and emails get a response within same day or max 24 hours (backing up our first line responders)
- Tracking and ensuring payment of vendors and Invoices (approx 10 vendors)
- Manage Quarterly Calendar
- Manage all logistics for production and execution of the earnings call
- Updating the IR website
- Business acumen: Understand Asana’s sales lifecycle, business priorities and bandwidth of the leader in order to best leverage their time
- Strategic calendar management with strong attention to accuracy & detail
- Support your leader(s) in maintaining relationships with key people to ensure continuity in communications and to surface and pursue opportunities for collaboration
- Embody the culture, values, and goals of your leaders when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
About you
- 4+ years of leadership support (Director, VP, C Suite) or similar experience
- Expertise in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Understand the highly flexible nature of support work and are comfortable with being available in person and onsite 3-4 days per week
- Are able to prioritize business needs and make trade-offs across all stakeholders accordingly
- Have an incredible attention to detail and commit to flawless execution on tasks
- Ability to navigate, digest, and make decisions amidst ambiguity with equanimity

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $156,000 - $198,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
