What You’ll Achieve

  • Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement a global enablement strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports the growth and scalability of our sales, customer success, and partner teams.

Design and deliver training programs, content, and resources to enhance the skills and effectiveness of our salesforce.
  • Partner Enablement: Work closely with the partner management team to develop enablement programs that enable our partners to effectively sell, implement, and support our products. Provide training, collateral, and tools to enhance their knowledge and ability to drive successful partnerships.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality enablement content, including sales playbooks, training materials, e-learning modules, videos, and presentations. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to all teams.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. Analyze data and insights to continuously improve and optimize enablement initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and operations, to align enablement initiatives with product releases, go-to-market strategies, and overall business objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of enablement professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to drive their success and professional growth.

About You
