Head of Enablement
As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Global Head of Enablement.
As the Global Head of Revenue Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy to support our sales, customer success, and partner teams across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our customers and partners by equipping our teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel in their roles.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.
What You’ll Achieve
- Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement a global enablement strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports the growth and scalability of our sales, customer success, and partner teams.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team to identify key areas for enablement, including sales methodology, product knowledge, objection handling, competitive positioning, and sales tools. Design and deliver training programs, content, and resources to enhance the skills and effectiveness of our salesforce.
- Partner Enablement: Work closely with the partner management team to develop enablement programs that enable our partners to effectively sell, implement, and support our products. Provide training, collateral, and tools to enhance their knowledge and ability to drive successful partnerships.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality enablement content, including sales playbooks, training materials, e-learning modules, videos, and presentations. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to all teams.
- Metrics and Analytics: Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. Analyze data and insights to continuously improve and optimize enablement initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and operations, to align enablement initiatives with product releases, go-to-market strategies, and overall business objectives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of enablement professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to drive their success and professional growth.
- Proven experience in a global enablement leadership role within a SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer success practices, and partner ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering enablement programs, including training, content development, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure impact.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $269,000- $363,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
