Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve

  • Improve on and/or build out and operationalize People Ops processes and workflows (e.g. employee terminations, internal transfers, etc.)
  • Partner with People Team leadership to develop and execute creative content that helps bring Asana policies and practices “to life”
  • Work with stakeholders like people partners, talent acquisition, legal, finance, and IT (and others!) to understand, and where appropriate, share people data to meet business needs and objectives
  • Develop HR technology/process understanding and capability; leverage Workday to provide real-time data and support to business leaders
  • Build and manage relationships with external People Ops vendors
  • Drive knowledge management and communication efforts to support People Operations programs and policies adoption and engagement among managers and employees
  • Execute on ad hoc projects that support broader People Ops objectives and strategy
  • Identify patterns and trends that allow us to proactively lay the groundwork for, and innovate on, delivery of a world-class global employee service model

About you

  • You independently recognize and create opportunities for process/program improvement
  • You have a track record of improving and streamlining programs and processes
  • You apply learnings from previous experiences to future opportunities
  • Nothing gets past you and your extreme attention to detail
  • You’re a ruthless prioritizer that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a voracious learner interested in building broad People Operations expertise
  • Knowledge and expertise in multiple People Ops program areas
  • Proficiency in navigating Workday processes, transactions, and reporting preferred
