Are you highly motivated to inspire and personally drive impactful change across our Revenue organization? Do you have experience designing & directly executing change management initiatives for sales reps and sales leadership? Do you know how to translate system & process designs into meaningful behavior changes for Sales? If so, we’re looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to join our Revenue Operations team.

You will be working closely with Sales teams and cross-functional partners (Enterprise Technology, Legal, Finance) to design and deliver a wide variety of change management initiatives across Asana’s Revenue Org, focusing on Opportunity management, Forecasting and Bookings.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

What You'll Achieve

  • Designing & delivering training to Sales & Sales Leaders that enables behavior changes to achieve project objectives
  • Translating technical build and process design into materials for Sales that speak their language
  • Lead engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing varied techniques to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure active participant involvement
  • Build a deep understanding of Asana’s sales process and behaviors needed to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintaining a living library of documentation & training materials that adapt to new processes & capabilities
  • Maintain and update self-serve curriculum & resources in LMS (Lessonly) & CMS (Highspot)
  • Conduct needs analysis, using data to identify knowledge and/or behavior gaps and opportunities for improvement

About You

  • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies and sales processes
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs via e-learning, live/virtual facilitation, and asynchronous modalities
  • Experience in designing capabilities and processes for SFDC, CPQ, IronClad and other functional areas like contracting, forecasting, call intelligence
  • Excellent communication, presentation, coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with various teams
  • Experience with key enablement tools such as LMS (Lessonly), CMS (Highspot) and Content building tools (e.g. Rise) would be a plus
  • Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $182,000 - $232,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
