Joining our Enterprise Sales Team at Asana means becoming part of a driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented group. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll strategize, lead, and implement initiatives to energize business growth and scale our sales program, using your SAAS sales and sales management expertise. Your responsibilities will render you instrumental in nurturing our field sales team and shaping our growth team's sales go-to-market strategy.

This role is based in our New York office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve

  • Lead and develop a remote team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Co-create our playbook for Enterprise Sales at Asana driving substantial collaboration.
  • Strategize for some of our largest named accounts, leading to tangible business growth.
  • Consistently achieve challenging targets every quarter.
  • Drive alignment with supporting teams in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services
  • Lead strategic planning for your team, including enablement, deal coaching, and rep development
  • Participate directly in complex sales situations and negotiations

About you

  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS
  • 7+ years experience in an Enterprise segment
  • A passion for coaching and developing world-class talent
  • Proven track record with repeatable sales processes such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, valuing high performance and winning with empathy and integrity.
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and developing creative solutions with an emphasis on selling with a point of view
  • Participated in a rapidly scaling business
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with partners

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $183,500 - $248,500. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
