The Enterprise Technology team supports insights with data and the technical systems that give our teams leverage to achieve their objectives. We work cross-functionally with Asana’s business teams to understand their goals and ensure they receive the data and technical support they need to flourish.

You will join Asana’s RevTech team as an experienced and dynamic QA Engineer. In this critical role, you will execute the quality strategy and ensure the development and release of high-quality software products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive quality initiatives and implement techniques that promote outstanding software. Additionally, you will participate in highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization, testing applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

  • Design, develop, and maintain test scripts within testing automation platforms (CRT, Selenium, etc.).
  • Define and implement automated regression testing processes and frameworks, including UI, back end, Salesforce components, and integrations.
  • Coordinate and perform application load and performance testing across testers and the Salesforce team.
  • Execute test cases to ensure Salesforce functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Evaluate testing results, document issues in a quality assurance tracking system, and make recommendations for long-term improvements.
  • Research and apply Salesforce QA best practices and guidelines, improving system productivity, scaling, and monitoring, and keeping up to date with trends and standards in the Salesforce environment.
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to troubleshoot production issues. Mentor and assist other Salesforce QA associates as they join the team, if applicable.
  • Develop and maintain regression test suites.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with test management tools (e.g., QASE, CRT) and implementing test automation frameworks.
  • Proficient in developing test automation scripts on the Salesforce platform.
  • Familiarity with integrating Clari and Outreach with Salesforce.
  • Strong QA background with the ability to facilitate and manage QA activities, including excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of complex data structures and application integrations.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
  • Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications/data structures) and their associated relationships.
