To do so, we employ a bottom-up enterprise sales model by helping many small, successful customers evolve into larger, successful ones. We act as a key voice of the customer to the product team. We help identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive obstacles to our continued growth.
We’re looking for a senior second line sales development leader with experience building efficient, scalable Sales Development teams. As the Head of EMEA Sales Development, you will work closely with Marketing & Sales leadership to create inbound and outbound pipeline programs for predictable revenue growth, manifesting our values and fostering an integrated sales culture. You will inspire your team, leverage data, understand pipeline dynamics, serve customers and stakeholders, and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent development, customer experience, and operational efficiency, with strong B2B SaaS sales experience, and comfort in a high-velocity, freemium business model.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
- Hire, coach and develop both experienced managers and early stage sales professionals
- Create a high performance culture where the top SDRs and BDRs progress to become top performing AEs
- Scale & optimize Inbound Sales Development motions in close partnership with Marketing
- Build predictable Outbound Sales Development motions across the entire customer journey
- Set and achieve ambitious targets quarter after quarter
- Lead strategic planning for SDR program including: pipeline goals, hiring, specializing motions, campaign planning, rep enablement and stakeholder operating cadence
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Managers, Customer Success & Sales Enablement
About you
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, including second line management experience
- 6+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience in inbound and outbound pipeline generation motions
- A passion for hiring, coaching and developing world class talent
- Highly data-driven: constant optimization of activities & outputs
- Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity
- Excellent at stakeholder management and keeping partners informed
- Demonstrate effective collaboration with peers from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement departments.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is €194,000 - €262,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
