  • Deliver certifications and other assessments to ensure field readiness throughout the organization.
  • Design, build and deliver regional specific enablement programs.
  • Maintain and update self-serve curriculum & resources in LMS & CMS (Highspot).
  • Continuously update our enablement curriculum to reflect the current state of our business & market.

About you:

  • 2+ years experience in a quota-carrying sales, account management or customer success role.
  • Fluent in Japanese & English.
  • Experience and understanding of SaaS business model, sales processes and common sales methodologies such as MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
  • Familiarity with a range of sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Chorus, Highspot, or similar.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs via e-learning, live/virtual facilitation, and asynchronous modalities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - can navigate and manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills.
