What You'll Achieve:

Lead strategic direction for scalable go-to-market capabilities in Revenue Planning, including Territories, Quotas, Compensation, and Account & Contact Management and Enrichment.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and maintain a balanced product roadmap that effectively addresses immediate business needs while advancing long-term strategic goals, ensuring consistent alignment with company priorities.
  • Value-Based Prioritization: Systematically evaluate and prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and resource constraints to deliver solutions that support sustainable, scalable growth.
  • Systems Optimization: Enhance product efficiency and effectiveness with particular focus on Account & Contact Management including hierarchical structures (Customer 360), Revenue Planning systems, territory management frameworks, and Quota and compensation models.
  • Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the development of GenAI solutions across all Revenue pillars to drive competitive advantage and operational excellence.
  • Data-Driven Product Management: Utilize advanced analytics to optimize Core CRM products, identify emerging growth opportunities, and measure ecosystem impact. Establish comprehensive KPIs and reporting systems to monitor product health, adoption, and performance metrics.

About You:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience (~10 years) in the GTM domain, specifically with Salesforce CRM and Sales & Service Cloud, developing multi-year visions and product roadmaps in consulting or high-growth tech environments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and mentor a team of product owners/managers in a hyper-growth environment. Skilled in influencing and persuading stakeholders at all organizational levels with expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving them towards common goals.
  • Business Acumen & Problem Solving: Strong understanding of business drivers, enabling you to align needs with processes, design functional solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to create and present functional designs, conduct data analysis to gather feedback, and refine solutions. Skilled in interacting with diverse technical teams and business leaders, including partners from RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in technology vendor evaluation, management, and guiding build vs. buy decisions.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Talent for developing compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Launch Planning: Proven track record of planning and executing product launches, including field enablement strategies and campaigns.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
