You will join Asana’s RevTech team as a Salesforce Front-End Engineer focused on building seamless, efficient, and visually compelling user experiences for our internal go-to-market and customer support teams. In this role, you’ll partner with UX Designers, Salesforce Developers, and Product Managers to bring intuitive and intelligent interfaces to life within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your work will directly impact productivity and day-to-day workflows by simplifying complex business processes through thoughtful interface design.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Build and enhance front-end Salesforce experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SLDS.
  • Partner with UX Designers to translate mockups and wireframes into performant, scalable UI components in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Salesforce Engineers, and business stakeholders to understand end-user needs and deliver compelling UI solutions.
  • Optimize UI performance and usability to streamline daily workflows for internal customer-facing teams.
  • Implement responsive, accessible interfaces with attention to detail and adherence to Asana’s design system.
  • Participate in user feedback sessions, usability testing, and iterative design cycles.
  • Maintain and evolve reusable UI component libraries and shared front-end patterns across the Salesforce ecosystem.

About you:

  • 5+ years of front-end engineering experience, including at least 3 years hands-on with Salesforce UI development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), SLDS, and custom interface logic.
  • Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
  • Experience working with internal business applications and workflows across go-to-market or customer support functions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, Experience Cloud, and designing for internal user personas.
  • Comfortable collaborating with UX Designers and implementing designs from tools like Figma or Miro.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across browsers and devices.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • A user-first mindset with a passion for creating polished, frictionless user

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 19,417 - 22,083 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.

Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
