About the Role: Sales Enablement Manager

Overview

Reporting to the VP Sales , we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to lead initiatives that empower our sales team to perform at their highest level. This role will drive onboarding, training, tools, content, and performance strategies that improve sales productivity, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates. You’ll be the critical link between Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure sales has everything needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of data-driven feedback and accountability across the revenue organization, building scalable practices to empower collaboration and drive revenue goal attainment.
  • Stay informed on national education trends, policy, and value drivers, using insights to inform and adjust outreach and GTM strategies.
  • Develop resources and processes to improve efficiency and cohesion in client engagement preparation.
  • Serve as a thought leader and partner to the Sales team to increase confidence and drive solutions across departments.

Sales Onboarding & Training

  • Design and deliver scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs, that build skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen for all sales roles.
  • Develop a best-in-class sales playbook, equipping sales personnel with the tools and knowledge to deliver compelling BookNook platform demos, incorporating core value propositions for various audiences.


Sales Content & Tools Management

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve sales playbooks, battlecards, product collateral, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Optimize and drive adoption of sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring consistent usage across the sales team. Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to improve tool effectiveness, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance sales performance.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools or enhancements that enable visibility into pipeline progress and support strategic sales initiatives.

Performance Coaching & Development

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skills gaps and implement coaching programs to drive performance improvement.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze and refine sales processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and cross-functional efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality, product launches, and campaign readiness.



You are a good fit for this role if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement within a SaaS or EdTech-focused environment.
  • Experience building and leading Sales Enablement processes and coaching sales teams on best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and project management expertise.
  • Proven ability to work across departments and facilitate collaboration among multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
