The Opportunity: The Recruitment Support Specialist is a key member of the BrightBee recruitment team and supports the day-to-day operations of staffing our hives. BrightBee is a fast growing organization, moving into new states and signing new partners regularly. We're expanding our recruitment team to ensure we can keep up with demand, providing our partners with the highly qualified and motivated workers they need to support their students.

Location: You are welcome to work from home or another remote location of your choosing.

Some of Your Key Responsibilities Could Include:

  • Conducting phone and/or video interviews of candidates, identifying those who would be good representatives for BrightBee.

  • Representing BrightBee in an exciting and energetic way, ensuring that qualified candidates WANT to join our team.
  • Managing selected candidates through the clearance process, which varies by state but generally includes a background check, TB/health screening, and completion of necessary forms.
  • Providing feedback about and contributing to the continuous improvement of our screening and clearance process.

  • Providing tier 1 customer service to our candidates and site partners as it relates to sourcing and clearance process, which includes answering emails, phone calls, and texts.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Education: An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative or office job is required. Some experience with recruitment processes or support is preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and site partners.

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot from one task to another without missing a beat.

  • Reliability: Dependability and punctuality are vital for fulfilling on-demand job opportunities efficiently.

  • Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting student learning and promoting academic success.

Compensation: This is a full-time hourly position, paying between $20 - 25 per hour depending on experience and location.

As an early member of our team, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground level with many pathways to roles of added responsibility beyond providing on-site support to schools.
