The Job

We’re looking for dependable, level-headed folks to support East Cleveland City schools by keeping students safe, the building secure, and the day running smoothly as a Security Guard. These assignments are all about being a calm presence, making smart calls, guiding student movement, checking badges/passes, and stepping in when situations get spicy. You’ll help maintain a positive school climate, monitor key areas, support evacuations, report building issues, and uphold school expectations. On-site training is provided for all safety procedures, confidentiality, and student conduct guidelines. If you’ve got patience, good judgment, compassion, and the stamina to stay on your feet, this gig is for you
