The Role: School Support Associate

The School Support Associate is versatile and proactive School Support Associate to join the team and help ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for our students. This role is the "glue" of our daily operations, providing essential support across the campus—from the front office to the cafeteria.

This is meaningful, flexible work that makes a direct impact on students and families in your community.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• School day shift: 7:00am–4:00pm

Payrate

• $23.00-$27.00/hr

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:

• Campus Monitoring: Maintain a visible and positive presence throughout the grounds to ensure student safety and adherence to school guidelines.

• Cafeteria Support: Assist with lunchroom transitions, supervise student seating, and help maintain a clean, orderly dining environment.

• Office Operations: Provide administrative backup, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with light filing or data entry.

• Operational Agility: Step in to assist with school events, morning arrivals, and afternoon dismissals as needed.

Must Haves:

• An individual with a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and youth along with alignment to our mission of supporting workers, students, and schools while promoting academic success.
• HS Diploman/GED
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Prior to working with students, you will need to pass a background check, livescan and may need to obtain other necessary testing/clearances. Rest assured, we will guide you through the process!
• Please note that there is a $8.99 Mandated Reporter Training required for this role that you are responsible for paying.
