The Opportunity
Classkick is hiring a Director of Strategic Growth & Sales to help us shape how we sell and close revenue. This is a senior, hands-on, player-coach role focused on refining our sales strategy, campaigns, and GTM execution as we scale. It’s built for an experienced, senior seller who can lead complex enterprise district sales end-to-end and consistently close high-stakes deals. If you love closing, building, and experimenting — and don’t need a big team or rigid playbook — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle, consultative sales processes
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder district sales
- Build and run outbound campaigns
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and personalization
- Own and close enterprise district deals
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Marketing
- Pressure-test messaging
- Surface objections and insights
- Shape sales and GTM strategy
- Create sales collateral

Experience We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in Sales
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS & EdTech sales required
- Proven success closing School & District level deals
- Experience with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales
- Comfortable as a senior IC in an early-scale environment
- Salesforce experience is required
Compensation
- Base: $85K to $90K
- OTE: $140K to $165K
