Who We Are:

Your responsibilities include teaching and modeling professional job skills, supporting on life skills development, and improving communication + social aptitude, all through our accessible video conferencing platform.

This is not intended to be a full time job. Our clients typically request coaching between 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) for 1-3 hours per week for up to 6-12 months.

Our most successful coaches fit one of the following profiles:

- You are excited about being part of a young company that is growing quickly and takes your feedback seriously

- You want to feel like your contributions aren’t just a cog in a machine, but actually have a direct, measurable social impact on overlooked populations
