Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to drive clinical patient acquisition and enhance brand awareness among patients with diabetes, healthcare providers (HCPs), and healthcare institutions.
  • Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and other channels to reach target audiences.

Patient Acquisition Campaigns:

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining patients.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Brand Awareness and Positioning:

  • Enhance brand visibility and credibility within the digital healthcare and direct to consumer (DTC) markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media channels by creating and promoting original marketing content.
  • Oversee community management and user engagement across all channels, including acquiring user testimonials
  • Manage partnerships and marketing strategy with large companies in the healthcare space.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and newsletters.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.

PR Activities:

  • Plan, oversee, and execute PR activities to enhance brand recognition and reputation.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with the product, design, patient experience, and C-suite teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Track expenses and ROI for marketing activities.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the digital health or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in patient acquisition and growth marketing for virtual care solutions or other healthcare DTC solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience developing marketing strategies for both D2C and B2B channels.
  • Solid grasp of strategic marketing principles with extensive hands-on experience across social media and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), including content development, publishing, and insight reporting through those platforms.


  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Proven ability to increase engagement and traffic on social media.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Education:

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of the digital health landscape and patient engagement strategies.


  • Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
