By humanizing the management of diabetes, eddii helps users take control of their health in an enjoyable and supportive way.

Responsibilities

• As a Product Lead you will work cross-functionally with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to guide product development from conception to launch
• Continually generate product insights and identify user needs by listening to our users, implementing feedback and strengthening our product offering to meet their needs
• Articulate clear product vision, roadmaps and milestones, prioritize product plans and drive alignment across teams
• Drive collaboration between remote and on-site teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in virtual care delivery is a must, mobile apps on both iOS and Android, with 2+ years of experience in tech or digital health is preferred
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulatory, licensing, and enrollment requirements for virtual care in the United States
• Strong product management experience including feature prioritization based on market and client understanding and strategic roadmaps creation to enable timely delivery of prioritized features
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, enabling clear and timely communication across stakeholders
• Ability to break down complex problems and obstacles into actionable steps that enable the design and engineering teams to work efficiently and make fast, continual improvements to the product
• Experience in digital behavioral health is strongly preferred
