We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in building and scaling our clinical network.
Position Overview

- Coordinate credentialing with state boards, hospitals, and other credentialing bodies as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers during onboarding and credentialing.
Licensure & Compliance Management
- Track and maintain active state licenses, DEA registrations, certifications, and expirations across multiple states.
- Proactively notify providers and internal teams of upcoming expirations and renewal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready credentialing records.
Payer Enrollment & Network Participation
- Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial payers, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care plans.
- Manage CAQH profiles, PECOS enrollment, Medicaid portals, and payer-specific systems.
- Follow up with payers to resolve application issues, deficiencies, or delays.
- Maintain enrollment status tracking and report on in-network progress by provider and payer.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, finance, and legal teams to align credentialing and enrollment priorities with business needs.
- Support payer audits and credentialing reviews as needed.
- Continuously improve enrollment workflows, documentation standards, and tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or healthcare operations.
- Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes.
- Strong understanding of provider licensing, credentialing standards, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple providers, states, and payers simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
