Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Adult Endocrinologist to join our dynamic clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, virtual endocrine care to adult patients. You will work closely with our clinical and product teams to create and execute evidence-based, personalized care plans that support the management of various endocrine conditions. This position is ideal for a proactive clinician with at least three years of clinical experience in endocrinology and a strong background in telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual care to adult patients with a range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, and osteoporosis
• Conduct telehealth consultations, review diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and provide referrals as appropriate
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of CDCES professionals, dietitians, and product specialists to develop coordinated care plans
• Interpret data from medical devices (e.g., CGMs, pumps) to optimize treatment plans
• Educate patients on condition management, medications, and use of devices, when appropriate, in a clear and empathetic manner
• Accurately document encounters in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements
• Provide input into the design and refinement of the eddii virtual care model and patient experience

Required Qualifications:

• Endocrinology MD Board Certified
• Active, unrestricted medical license in any US state
• Minimum of 3 years of adult endocrinology clinical experience post-training
• Demonstrated experience providing care via telehealth platforms
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensure in multiple states
• Experience with digital health platforms and remote patient monitoring tools
• Background in diabetes technology (e.g., CGMs, insulin pumps)
• Interest in innovation, gamification, and patient engagement strategies
• Exposure to startup or fast-paced care delivery models
