- Provides clients access to virtual therapy, anytime and anywhere: Bring families from assessment to therapy in as soon as 3 weeks without a waitlist or commute

- Connects clients with expert care: Pair families with a dedicated, expert-level clinician who has a master’s degree or PhD, board certification, and over 1,000 hours of supervised fieldwork

People Operations Generalist
Remote, Anywhere in the US
About the role
AnswersNow is looking to bring on a detail-oriented and highly organized People Operations Generalist with an operational mindset. This role will focus on building scalable systems, processes, and policies that will support the company’s growth, while also providing occasional administrative support (less than 10% of the time) to the CEO. This person must have strong business acumen, the ability to work independently, and the skills to drive operational efficiency across the organization.
What you'll do
People Operations (90%)
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems, processes, and tools to support a fast-growing team.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including culture-building, surveys, and feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Oversee benefits administration, perks and other HR operational functions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
- Partner with leaders to help define and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Serve at the front line to support employee questions and requests.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments on compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
- Assist with coordination of enterprise meetings as needed.
Executive Assistance (10%)
- Provide occasional administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, calendar management, and other related tasks as needed.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks to support the CEO’s operational needs.
About you
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Positive person, projecting a “can do’ attitude and an attitude of “team” and cooperation all the time.
- You thrive in non-hierarchical, fast-paced environments, and are able to achieve results in the face of ambiguity and with little direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in a People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational mindset with experience in building and refining HR processes and systems.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in an administrative capacity is a plus.
- Experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
