About the Work:
As the Senior Manager, Care Pro Hiring you will lead a team that is responsible for the high-volume caregiver recruitment efforts across the US to support the growing needs of Honor Technology. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring market dynamics and adapting strategies in real-time to ensure the recruitment pipeline meets the evolving demands of the business. You will excel in cross-functional collaboration and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize hiring outcomes for quality, speed, and volume. With a focus on both strategic planning and hands-on execution, this role will oversee a team of hiring managers, ensuring the timely hiring of high-quality care professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of managers in recruitment efforts for hiring caregivers at scale across all regions across the US, ensuring alignment with business demand and priorities.
- Autonomously own the outcome of market-specific recruiting operations, balancing volume, quality, and experience while maintaining data-driven documentation to track and analyze recruitment impacts.
- Utilize data analytics to proactively monitor recruitment metrics, market trends, and operational needs, and implement targeted strategies to address these challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to enhance recruitment efforts and quality outcomes through regular communication and partnership.
- Act as a liaison between Compliance, HR, and Regulatory teams to ensure we continue to meet state-level compliance requirements.
- Manage the CAC for your market(s) to ensure healthy growth with a lens towards efficiency and profitability by optimizing funnel management approaches
- Oversee the configuration and utilization of care pro onboarding software platform(s), ensuring they align with business requirements and provide an intuitive user experience.
- Lead efforts with data teams to continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of recruitment metrics, driving more informed decision-making
Key Outcomes
- Increase volume of high-quality and high-demand hires across all regions within the first year.
- Provide weekly data-driven reports on recruitment metrics by market, offering insights for continuous improvement in hiring strategies.
- Improve funnel conversion rate by optimizing the candidate experience and team efficacy.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, reducing time-to-hire.
- Foster a strong partnership with operational leaders, ensuring alignment on recruitment needs and priorities.
- Set clear goals across all markets and ensure the team is dynamically resourced to support fluctuating needs.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving efficiency gains & large scale operational improvements in a service delivery business; start-up experience is an asset
- Proven experience in people management and team building, with a focus on driving performance through coaching and feedback.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment operations, including using workforce planning and applicant tracking systems is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to make swift, well-informed decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and action plans from recruitment data and market trends.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple complex markets simultaneously, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, including delivering feedback, resolving conflicts, and conveying complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different departments and levels.
- Ability to collaborate with product partners to identify technical solutions for operational challenges, ensuring effective implementation of technology in the recruitment process.
Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.
Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees. Honor is remote friendly! We're hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA, Austin, TX, and Omaha, NE hubs.
