inDinero is a leading financial services company providing tax, finance, and accounting services to growing businesses. Our team of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Controllers, and CFOs work together to provide businesses with comprehensive financial insights, allowing them to make informed decisions. We are currently seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team and drive our growth strategy forward.

As our Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and executing sales strategies, and building and managing relationships with clients. You will work closely with our accountants and advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and build market share.
  • Drive new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outbound sales activities.
  • Identify potential clients and conduct research to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting and advisory, to ensure a successful sales process.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and generate new leads.

A competitive base salary of at least $75,000.00 a year, with $125,000 On target Earnings. Our commission structure is uncapped, so the sky is the limit.


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development (preferably in financial or tax sectors).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
