We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B environments. This role is execution-focused but requires strong strategic understanding.

The ideal candidate understands how marketing channels connect, how funnels and customer journeys work, and how content, email, webinars, and website efforts tie back to lead generation and revenue. This person will help manage and execute marketing initiatives across email, website, webinars, social media, and marketing automation, while maintaining brand consistency and operational efficiency.

This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work inside structured systems such as HubSpot and WordPress.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution

  • Manage the marketing content calendar (blogs, email campaigns, social deployment)
  • Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot
  • Create and manage HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing and funnel progression
  • Support creation and deployment of gated assets (eBooks, white papers, CTAs)
  • Assist with A/B testing of campaigns, subject lines, CTAs, and landing pages

Website & Webinar Support

  • Update and maintain WordPress website (blog uploads, page edits, formatting)
  • Support webinar setup and execution using Zoom (registration, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Ensure webinar and campaign tracking is properly connected to HubSpot

Social Media Oversight & Content Support

  • Oversee social media calendar and coordinate deployment
  • Create basic social graphics (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus
  • Understand LinkedIn best practices and B2B social strategy
  • Monitor comments, messages, and social listening opportunities
  • Support content distribution across LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram

Funnel, Customer Journey & Channel Strategy Understanding

  • Understand B2B marketing funnels and customer journeys
  • Connect organic and paid channel efforts to lead tracking
  • Support nurture campaign strategy inside HubSpot
  • Ensure campaign assets align with overall funnel objectives and lifecycle stages

Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing competitor research and suggest improvements
  • Monitor competitor messaging, positioning, and campaigns
  • Research industry trends and content opportunities
  • Assist with testimonial collection and review platform optimization

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot (email and workflows required)
  • 3+ years experience managing WordPress websites
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, nurture campaigns, and customer journeys
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Strong English copywriting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Zoom webinar setup and coordination
  • Understanding of social media strategy, especially LinkedIn
  • Must be willing to work US Pacific Time Hours

  • Experience with Bricks page builder
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with review platforms and testimonial strategy
  • Experience in finance, SaaS, or professional services industries
