Key Responsibilities:

Brand and Content Management
- Drive a consistent and compelling brand narrative that resonates with diverse stakeholders, including corporate donors and nonprofit partners.

- Expand LiquiDonate’s digital footprint, ensuring cohesive messaging across website, social media, email, and PR channels.
Data-Driven Marketing and Market Research
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and discover growth opportunities.
- Leverage analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and improve key metrics like lead conversion rates and customer retention.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to share actionable insights with stakeholders and leadership.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with clear objectives, performance benchmarks, and timelines.
- Continuously improve campaign performance by analyzing metrics such as click-through rates, engagement levels, and cost per acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create marketing initiatives that directly support revenue growth.
Team Leadership and Communication

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a proven ability to deliver measurable results in lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing metrics, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
