As our Community Moderator, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to:

• Nurture and connect with pregnant and new mums.
• Laugh, learn, and grow alongside an incredible community.
• Support and celebrate mums through the highs and lows of their journey.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Has experience working with communities
• Adept in technology and enjoys social media
• A fast thinker with great problem-solving skills.
• Outgoing, empathetic, and able to connect with others.
• Passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for mums.

Academic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva or similar tools for reporting and content creation.
• Training in communication, customer service, or a related field is an added advantage.
