Role Description

You will be responsible for managing the accounting and finance function of our Kenya entity. This includes execution of payments, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, preparing and executing payroll, analyzing financial records, submitting and monitoring health insurance claims, ensuring compliance with Kenyan tax and accounting rules, and providing support during audits.

Depending on the candidate and the workload it is possible to take over additional responsibilities in HR and admin. You will report directly to the COO, with a dotted line to the CFO who is based in Switzerland.
