Our care model is team-based. While obstetricians lead the overall process, nurse midwives play a central role in supporting women through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postpartum period.

We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Nurse Midwife who is passionate about respectful maternity care and excited to practise in a modern, collaborative, and technology-enabled care environment.

What you will doSupport Holistic Care
  • Deliver safe, coordinated care in the outpatient clinic
  • Provide perinatal and postnatal care for mothers and their partners Prepare and monitor patients undergoing interventions or procedures
  • Support obstetric procedures, including Cesarean Section where needed.
  • Support management of high-risk antenatal and intrapartum patients
  • Ensure smooth handover and communication within the multidisciplinary team
Patient Education and Support
  • Guide and educate mothers during pregnancy, labour, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery
  • Support birth preparation and informed decision-making
  • Ensure mothers feel heard, respected, and supported
Care Coordination
  • Coordinate care between antenatal clinic, labour ward, postpartum care, and specialists
  • Maintain accurate digital patient records
  • Support efficient clinic and labour ward flow
  • Participate in handover meetings and care planning
Quality Improvement and Clinical Development
  • Follow and contribute to clinical protocols and maternity pathways
  • Participate in clinical reviews, audits, and team learning
  • Engage with data and digital tools to support high-quality care
Who you areQualified Nurse Midwife
  • A Registered Nurse-Midwife (NCK) with a Degree or Diploma and 3+ years of experience in maternal health care.
  • Certification in Lactation Counselling,Birth preparation, ALSO or related childbirth education will be considered an added advantage
Clinically Competent
  • Competent in the full maternity cycle—antenatal to postnatal—with the sharp clinical judgment needed to identify and escalate complications instantly.
  • Well versed in the rapid identification and clinical stabilization of complications (e.g., PPH, eclampsia, fetal distress).
  • Skilled in multi-disciplinary escalation protocols and emergency neonatal resuscitation.
Respectful Maternity Care Champion
  • Passionate about supporting women through childbirth with dignity and compassion
  • A champion of Respectful Maternity Care (RMC) who is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered experiences that earn exceptional reviews.
Team Player
  • Comfortable working in an obstetrician-led multidisciplinary team
Tech-Savvy
  • Solid understanding of standard IT tools
  • Motivated to using digital records, structured workflows, AI and and data-driven care models

  • Mothers consistently receive safe, respectful, and supportive maternity care
  • Proactively identifies and escalates risks, ensuring seamless intervention and zero compromise on patient safety.

  • Early identification and escalation of clinical concerns
  • Delivers respectful, evidence-based care that leaves mothers feeling informed, empowered, and clinically supported.
