About the Role: Patient Experience Representative (Remote)
We're looking for empathetic, energetic, and customer-obsessed professionals to join our growing Patient Experience team. You'll serve as one of the first voices patients hear when engaging with myLaurel—scheduling visits, answering questions, and providing compassionate support. Shifts can be anytime between 8 am to 8 pm EST (8 hour shift).
You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping patients understand the value of our care and scheduling critical health visits. You’ll also assist with follow-ups, pharmacy coordination, and equipment needs. Your communication skills and attention to detail will play a direct role in helping patients access lifesaving care—from the comfort of home.
What You’ll Do
- ☎️ Handle inbound and outbound calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- 📅 Schedule health visits for eligible patients referred by our partners
- 📣 Explain care benefits to patients and overcome objections with empathy
- 💬 Follow up with reminder calls and after-care assistance (equipment, pharmacy, etc.)
- 📝 Accurately document patient info and feedback in our referral system
- 🤝 Collaborate with a dynamic remote team to ensure seamless care delivery
What We're Looking For
- 12 months of call center or customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare, soft sales, or appointment setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone-based work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry and multitasking skills
- Reliable internet: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (check via Speedtest.net)
