What You Bring:

  • The Experience: At least 2 years in a high-acuity environment (ED, ICU, or Hospitalist). 4+ years preferred.

  • The License: Active NY State NP or PA license with board certification.

  • The Mindset: You are tech-savvy, adaptable, and passionate about the future of "Hospital-at-Home" medicine.
