Job overview:

The Senior Program Manager, Care Teams GLP-1 Cardiometabolic Operations, reports to the Senior Director of Operations Excellence in Care Delivery and is the subject matter expert responsible for defining, executing, and continuously improving the operational strategy, and cross-functional alignment of Omada’s GLP-1 Cardiometabolic Operations, with a focus on third party (3P) program management. As a leader on the cross-functional GLP-1 team, the Senior Manager will ensure that Cardiometabolic Operations' user needs and end-to-end operational requirements are embedded in all internal and third party initiatives. The Senior Manager will continuously improve the systems, processes, performance metrics, and monitoring systems that enable third party success.

Your Impact:

Third Party (3P) Management

  • Collaborate closely with internal Omada leaders and external 3P leaders to define and execute on the strategic priorities and work plan for a new program launch and integration of a 3P partner.
  • Build high-trust, collaborative relationships with 3P vendor team to ensure alignment on program scope, timeline, and success metrics.
  • Partner on the design of the member and 3P solution value stream
  • Insure alignment on all internal and 3P protocols, process flows, and monitoring processes.

Cross-Functional Team Influence

  • Provide strategic leadership across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, including Health Coaching, Specialist Care, MSK Care, Supply Chain, Member Services, Clinical Quality, Engineering, Data, Product, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and 3P partner solutions.
  • Forge alignment across these groups by applying systems thinking and sound judgment to complex, cross-functional challenges.
  • Build and foster a high-performing and psychologically safe team culture internally within Omada and externally with any 3P vendor partners.
  • Influence without authority to drive coordinated execution towards shared outcomes.

Program Development and Launch Support

  • Shape and guide new program launch initiatives and work with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Clinical to ensure Cardiometabolic Care Teams needs and operational requirements are integrated into all 3P workstreams.
  • Consolidate and align Cardiometabolic Ops needs into clear documentation and represent the Cardiometabolic Ops perspectives when working cross-functionally internally and with external partners.
  • Engage in early-stage design efforts including needs assessments, member journeys, value stream maps, and more.
  • Navigate ambiguity by applying sound judgment, systems-level problem-solving, and long-term thinking.

Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)

  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities by setting goals, defining metrics, analyzing data trends, determining countermeasures, and managing action plans.
  • Identify and prioritize continuous process improvement opportunities through rigorous analysis and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead resolution of bottlenecks and risks, manage tradeoffs, and implement scalable solutions.

Program Management Operations Excellence

  • Apply program management best practices to translate strategic goals into achievable workplans, i.e. monitoring meetings, project plans, status reports, memos, escalation reports, and more.
  • Drive clarity, structure, and alignment across high-stakes, fast paced initiatives in a distributed environment.
  • Uplevel team performance through mentorship, coaching, and thought partnership while helping build internal CPI capabilities and operational maturity across the Cardiometabolic domain.

To be successful you will need:

  • 10+ years experience in program management, healthcare operations, with a MBA/Masters degree in a related field (e.g. MHA, MPH)
  • 3P vendor management and cross-functional management experience
  • Extensive Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) experience in healthcare setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to rigorously manage project and program performance while fostering a supportive, transparent, and collaborative work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute work plans that have measurable, quantifiable goals
  • Strong aptitude to work and problem solve independently with little guidance, but demonstrate eagerness for feedback and a commitment to self-reflection in service of improving self and others
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and use analytical and problem solving techniques to identify root causes and countermeasures that move metrics and improve program performance
  • Demonstrated success in building psychologically safe and high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence across a wide network of stakeholders, and to reconcile diverse perspectives in service of delivering high-impact outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • PMP or CSM certification
  • Lean or CPI training or certificate
  • GLP-1 market experience
  • Experience working within a “dyad” clinical partnership model
  • Experience building or interpreting Tableau reports and dashboards

Working Environment:

  • Must be available during business hours in your local time zone and for occasional after-hours needs which may include evening, weekend, or holiday availability
  • Onsite travel may be required approximately once per quarter or more

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $156,400 - $195,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $149,600 - $187,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
