Omada Health is growing rapidly and expanding our product portfolio. To help scale our impact in the market, we are looking for a key member of our Commercial Effectiveness team that will be responsible for Product Enablement for our newest product lines and their unique differences across our partners. This position will be the subject matter expert on our latest products and industry trends. This position will ensure the broader commercial team has the right training, content, and assets to help them succeed in the market.

Design & Deliver Training

  • Product SME for the Commercial team focused on our GLP-1 product line
  • Focus on new product introduction and be accountable for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating live and on-demand training for our new product introductions
  • Ensure product and clinical level competency across the our Product Specialists and Commercial organization through coaching and certifications
  • Support the Commercial team with a unified content management, live support, and communication strategy

Partner with Broader Team

  • Proactively partner with Commercial and Clinical leaders to identify knowledge gaps and work on initiatives to address them
  • Represent the Voice of the Field and serve as consult for messaging and competitive selling
  • Serve as subject matter expert to drive updates to our selling tools such as the business case and demo
  • Partner with RevOps to develop strategies and build plays for pipeline creation
  • Design repeatable launch playbook for new product introductions

We’re looking for the following:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or customer facing function
  • Digital Health and/or Pharma industry experience - Clear understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including payers, PBMs, and employer channels with specific expertise in cardiometabolic conditions. Familiarity with GLP-1 therapeutics, market dynamics, and industry trends is a bonus.
  • Ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to design engaging learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated success facilitating training and skill assessment for a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to organize and lead projects keeping multiple stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Open minded, self-starter, with a can-do attitude that can create and follow processes in a complex, ambiguous environment.
  • Lifelong learner that is eager to roll up their sleeves and learn new skills and tackle complex challenges.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $156,400 - $195,500*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $149,600 - $187,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
