About the role

OutRival is looking for a Forward-Deployed Digital Worker Manager to launch, optimize, and expand our AI Digital Workers inside our Enterprise Customers. You will oversee multiple AI Digital Workers across our Enterprise customer portfolio, ensuring they consistently drive measurable results and outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, prompt engineering, technical implementation, relationship management, and revenue growth. You'll own go-live timelines, craft customer performance, outcomes reports, drive renewals and upsells. As a client-embedded position, you'll work hands-on with customers to maximize the value and impact of their AI Digital Workers.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role based in our Miami HQ (in office 5 days a week).

Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver executive-caliber presentations & QBRs that translate usage data into hard-dollar impact.
  • Cultivate multi-threaded relationships across economic, technical, and end-user buyers; keep every stakeholder informed and excited.
  • Deploy & customize Build and launch AI Digital Workers via OutRival's proprietary platform, craft conversation flows through prompt engineering, establish API and data integrations, and deliver flawless on-time deployments.
  • Monitor performance & risks through live dashboards; rally cross-functional teams to resolve issues before they threaten value.
  • Drive renewals and expansions—forecast accurately, protect margins, and surface new use cases.
  • Prototype quickly (overnight low-code demos, prompt engineering) to validate new campaigns, then hand winning plays to Product & Sales.
  • Funnel customer insights into our roadmap and publish repeatable deployment playbooks.

What you bring

  • Executive Communication & Presentation Skills: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives and confidently present to C-suite audiences.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Proven track record developing and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives, operators, and IT stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use dashboards, health scores, and ROI models to guide strategic decisions and measure success.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable writing AI prompts, mapping API integrations, and configuring low-code automation flows.
  • Project & Implementation Management: Demonstrate organizational rigor, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination to deliver complex deployments on time.
  • Customer Success & Risk Management: Maintain customer obsession while proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact outcomes.
  • Growth Mindset & Ownership: Display curiosity and high agency to rapidly learn new technologies and take ownership of customer results.

Will be a plus

  • Entrepreneurial Background: Former founder or early-stage startup experience with hands-on building and scaling experience.
  • Data Storytelling & ROI Analysis: Experience creating compelling performance narratives and detailed ROI reporting for executive audiences.
  • Commercial Acumen: Track record driving contract renewals, account expansions, and margin optimization in enterprise settings.
  • Enterprise Account Ownership: Previous responsibility for managing and growing 8-figure enterprise customer relationships.
  • AI Technology Fluency: Hands-on experience with AI tooling such as LangChain, agentic frameworks, and drag-and-drop automation platforms.
  • Vertical Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in Higher Education, Insurance, Healthcare, or other contact-center-intensive industries.
