About the Opportunity
As a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager you’ll report to the Director of Business Operations and will serve as the analytical backbone to Pair Team’s GTM team. You’ll be responsible for generating insights, implementing new initiatives, and enabling GTM to achieve Pair Team’s ambitious growth targets.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate directly with the SVP of GTM and Director of BizOps to proactively identify and prioritize opportunities to enable growth
- Develop standard processes, dashboards, and reports in HubSpot
- Collect and analyze internal and external data to support lead prioritization
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct market analysis to support Pair Team’s GTM strategy
- Design and pilot new initiatives such as commission structures, referral fees, and other incentive programs
- Support GTM forecasting, planning, and OKR development
- Support deal pursuit by completing RFIs, credentialing applications, and other required documents
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience working in sales strategy & operations, business operations, consulting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and a proven record of diving deep, unearthing insights, and driving change
- Organized with high attention to detail
- High degree of ownership and self-starter mindset
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience working with data exploration and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and/or PowerBI
- Experience with developing dashboards and reports in CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience in healthcare a plus
