As an Account Executive at PayNearMe, you will drive growth by selling innovative payment solutions that enable banks and credit unions to simplify loan repayment for members and non-members. These secure, web and mobile-friendly platforms allow borrowers to pay loans using debit cards from other financial institutions, helping institutions streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll own the full sales cycle while contributing to market research and refining the go-to-market strategy. Your efforts will position PayNearMe’s solutions as essential tools for modernizing payment infrastructure and meeting today’s customer expectations.

Job Description

  • Sell Modern Payment Solutions: Expand PayNearMe’s footprint by delivering cutting-edge payment solutions for lending transactions.
  • Full Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage prospecting, presenting, and closing activities while maintaining an active sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Client-Focused Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning PayNearMe as the preferred payments partner.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide market feedback to enhance go-to-market strategies and influence product development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling lending payment solutions to banks and credit unions.
  • Deep understanding of payments systems, lending processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales Methodology is a plus.

Additional Information

Location: Flexible/Remote (within the US)

Salary Range: $75,000 - 125,000 (base salary)
Variable: $100,000
